Amy Dong
Amy is an ICF-certified coach, author, and leadership development facilitator who spent the past several years consulting for foundations, government agencies, and international humanitarian and development organizations on change management, coalition-building, and organizational development. Most recently, she co-designed and facilitated 6-month systems leadership "labs" for UN teams in Pakistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Somalia, drawing from the Adaptive Leadership framework developed at Harvard Kennedy School to help participants collaborate more effectively and tackle in-country humanitarian challenges. Prior to this role, Amy taught English in Taiwan as a Fulbright Scholar and founded her own coaching platform, The LIFE Project, to help young adults find meaning and direction by taking healthy risks, gaining career clarity, and understanding their "why." Amy is passionate about fostering conversations around power, privilege, and leadership in today's dynamic workplaces. As an Equity and Inclusion Fellow, she hopes to deepen her knowledge in designing inclusive learning experiences that enhance individual, group, and organizational growth.
