Tinu Joseph is a first-generation college graduate from a farming family in rural India, whose life was transformed by access to education. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, she has spent over a decade working to bridge systemic gaps in education and development, beginning her career as a Teach For India Fellow and later managing large-scale education programs impacting thousands of students and professionals nationwide. Tinu has led initiatives integrating digital health and career-readiness into higher education, collaborated with government and university partners, and focused on designing solutions for effective policy implementation. Currently pursuing her master’s in Education Policy and Analysis, she aspires to advance national policy reforms that create equitable opportunities for marginalized communities.
