Daril NDODJANG

Daril is an Ed.M. candidate in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Originally from Cameroon, Daril earned a scholarship to pursue engineering studies in France and built a career as a mechanical engineer managing large-scale sustainability projects at Bosch. His lived experience with educational inequality inspired a shift toward education, leading him to found Skoole, an NGO that leverages digital learning and school construction to expand access for underserved students in Cameroon, Congo, and Burundi. Under his leadership, Skoole has already impacted more than 10,000 learners through schools and literacy technology. His work lies at the intersection of innovation, education, and social impact, with a commitment to ensuring that every child (regardless of background) can access high-quality learning opportunities.
