Kariel Bennett
Kariel Bennett works at the intersection of education, policy, and philanthropy to help nonprofits expand their reach and influence. She began her career teaching in Bath, England, and later conducted national research on pathways to becoming a first-time teacher, work that deepened her understanding of how systems shape opportunity. Kariel went on to advise clients across early education, K–12, higher education, and workforce issues at a bipartisan consulting and lobbying firm, honing her ability to translate complex policy into actionable strategies. Driven by a conviction that nonprofits are catalysts for equity and innovation, she focuses on organizational leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education to help them navigate challenges, scale impact, and deliver lasting change.
