Kriti Issar
Kriti Issar is an Ed.M. candidate in Education Policy and Analysis at HGSE and a UGC-JRF fellow pursuing her Ph.D. in Education at the University of Delhi, where her research examines historical consciousness in historically disadvantaged contexts. Born on International Women’s Day, she has devoted her life’s work to ensuring that every girl child has access to education and resources that allow her to dream and aspire without limits. Kriti has taught pre-service teachers as Guest Faculty at the University of Delhi, mentoring them in inclusive pedagogy and reflective classroom practice. She has also worked with India’s National Council of Educational Research and Training on policy research to address equity and contextual challenges in education. Alongside this, she has published research articles on history education, gender, and democratic classrooms. Her vision is to build systems and leaders who decode intersectional contexts and create a world where no one is left behind.
