Leonel Henríquez Acevedo
Leonel Henríquez Acevedo is a social psychologist with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering social-emotional learning (SEL) programs for individuals from diverse ages, professional backgrounds, and socio-economic contexts. He is an Ed.M. candidate in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a social specialization, along with postgraduate diplomas in Educational Guidance and Specific Learning Difficulties. Throughout his career, Leonel has developed and facilitated SEL game-based workshops, courses, and conferences for educators, NGOs, and private companies. His volunteer work with NGOs focuses on building socio-emotional skills for low-income youth, supporting families, and fostering community engagement. Leonel is committed to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments that promote social-emotional learning to improve well-being and happiness.
