Monay Thomas

Monay Thomas is an education and community leader committed to seeing young people discover purpose, flourish, and transform their communities. Her Christian faith is central to how she understands leadership: as a responsibility to serve others with humility, courage, and integrity. A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she studied Anthropology and Law, she is currently pursuing an Ed.M. in Education Leadership, Organisations, and Entrepreneurship at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her work spans youth advocacy, arts education, faith-based community engagement, and humanitarian and missions efforts across different parts of the world.  Monay seeks to contribute to educational and social systems that equip young people to use their voices, pursue meaningful lives, and create lasting change.
