Shandrea Wing

Shandrea Wing is an educator and school leader pursuing her Ed.M. in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to advancing educational equity and creating schools where children and educators feel seen, valued, and supported. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening school communities, developing educators, and creating meaningful opportunities for students. Shandrea is particularly interested in how leadership, innovation, and systems-level change can transform educational experiences for historically underserved communities. She believes meaningful change begins with people and is passionate about building educational environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
